The Ashtanga Woman programme offers a comprehensive framework aimed at supporting a fuller, richer experience of the practice of Ashtanga Yoga for women.

PRACTICE

Focused on Yoga asana, we emphasize the female form and its nuances, aiming to promote a richer and fuller experience of the practice, that is deeply connected to the needs and particularities of each woman.

POWER

Female power encompasses resilience, compassion, intelligence, and leadership. It begins with awareness and can manifest in various forms. At Ashtanga Woman, we’re dedicated to assisting women in exploring their unique power to inspire positive change and shape their lives inwardly.

PURPOSE

Our purpose, our Dharma, is the driving force behind our actions, giving meaning to our existence. Having a sense of purpose ignites passion, and fuels our journey toward personal growth, contribution, and a more fulfilling experience of life.

SELF-CARE

Self-care involves prioritizing our physical, mental, and emotional well-being through intentional actions. It encompasses our Yoga practice, proper nutrition, adequate sleep, mindfulness, and setting boundaries. Self-care is essential for maintaining balance and empowers women to nurture our health and happiness.

Online Ashtanga Woman Self-Practice Programme

We offer an online, weekly Ashtanga Yoga self-practice programme led by Carmen Yague, Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher with fourteen years of experience specifically teaching the method to women.

Carmen’s uniquely feminine approach to Ashtanga Yoga has worked wonders for women in Europe and the UK, and she is excited to expand the self-practice group to new students.

Our Online Ashtanga Yoga Self-Practice group is now open to new students.

Ashtanga Woman PRACTICE PLANS

For those who wish to take their experience of Ashtanga Yoga practice further, Carmen creates tailored practice plans. 

In a private consultation, Carmen will discuss in detail where you’re at, your specific needs, and custom a six-week plan carefully curated for you. 

Having a practice plan tailored to you can prove especially helpful in designing an appropriate and balanced Ashtanga Yoga practice routine that is both invigorating and restorative, and can support you at different levels.
